Featuring a nice combination of lovely swim stops and learning lessons this cruise program is worth raising a glass to, with a round trip itinerary from Split that calls on little ports of Dalmatian islands and end in  Dubrovnik. Each stop along the way is a discovery itself; jewels and hideaways that make this route a delight in exploration, culture and romance.

 

DAY 1: SPLIT
Our cruise conveniently embarks in the ancient Split, the largest Dalmatian city. The M/S Equator will be docked in the main Split harbour. During welcome dinner meet the Captain, our friendly crew and your fellow passengers. The cabins will be at your disposal starting from 2:00 pm. In case of your earlier arrival you will be greeted by our staff and welcome to leave your luggage on board.

DAY 2: SPLIT - BOL - HVAR
We start our day with morning departure towards Bol situated on Brac Island. Bol is well known for its pebbled beach called Zlatni Rat, claimed to be the most beautiful beach on the Croatian coast. Bol is also the oldest settlement on the island located in the solitude of the southern landscape, at the foot of Vidova Mountain.
Immerse yourself in a bath of sun and sea water or explore the town of Bol before lunch and continuation of our journey to Hvar where we will arrive in the late afternoon/early evening hours.
Experience the enchanting town of Hvar situated on the island of the same name. Hvar is claimed to be the most popular Croatian island which you may realize while feeling the vibe of its bustling promenade, well-appointed cafes, wine stores, shops and restaurants. Join an evening walking tour to learn on the history and heritage of Hvar followed by presentation of centuries long lavender farming tradition.

DAY 3: HVAR - BISEVO - VIS
Leaving Hvar we will have an early morning cruise towards small island Bisevo to visit the Blue cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon (entrances to be paid on the spot – approx. 7 EUR). As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions, however you will be notified of this on time. Continue to the island of Vis, once a strategic naval Yugoslav base and closed to the public. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. Situated on the northern side of the island, Vis has developed near the remains of the ancient Issa, first urban center in Croatia. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal place, City museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views of the beautiful Villae Rusticae situated along the waterfront.

DAY 4 : VIS - KORCULA
While enjoying breakfast overlooking the blue waters of Adriatic we continue our cruise towards the Korcula island best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Afternoon arrival in Korcula followed by a guided walking tour of one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Fish bone street pattern was used in Kor?ula Old Town design to reduce effects of wind and sun and provide citizens with sheltered and comfortable accommodation. Kor?ula has an abundant choice of restaurants to enjoy your gourmet experience and there are numerous bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment.

DAY 5: KORCULA - MLJET NATIONAL PARK
In the morning head further south to the Island of Mljet. The legend says Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park (entrances to be paid on the spot – approx. 15 EUR) and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating back to the 12th Century. Alternatively, you can rent bicycles, scooters or kayaks to explore the National Park or island on your own. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the island. Tonight enjoy Captains dinner and overnight in port of Pomena.

DAY 6: MLJET - SLANO (excursion to Ston with oyster tasting )
Morning departure for a small village called Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen’s village and the starting point to Ston, another, once fortified small village famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s medieval ramparts a short coastal walk leads us to an oyster farm to learn more about oysters and tasting this delicious treat. Overnight in Slano with dinner on board.

DAY 7: SLANO – ELAPHITI ISLANDS – DUBROVNIK (Panoramic sail around Dubrovnik city walls)
Early morning cruise to Elaphiti islands with swimming stop on one of the secluded bays to spend the morning. Before lunch sail to Dubrovnik, before we moor at Gruz port we cruise alongside the old city walls, while lunch is served. After docking join a guided tour with panoramic ride and transfer included. Enjoy the last night of cruise exploring the magnificent town of Dubrovnik on your own.

DAY 8: DUBROVNIK
Breakfast and disembarkation by 9:00 am. It is time to say farewell to all your new friends, but only for a while.

ITINERARY DEVIATIONS:
Every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary ; however, due to the schedule changes beyond organizer’s control, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to change routing or alter shore excursions.
* DELECTA Ltd.reserves the right to change the vessel provider in case of the contracted services are not supplied according to the previously agreed standards.

Bookings are on request and need to be confirmed.
30 % reservation deposit per person based on the total cost of the cruise should be paid within 7 days from our written confirmation.
Deposit is non refundable.

 
NOTES:
In some ports of call the ship may be moored sideways to other boats. Passengers would need to walk through another boat to reach pier. Assistance will be provided to the passengers with walking difficulties.

All the swim breaks are weather permitting.


FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due 50 days prior to departure.
